Corporate Brain Fitness Programs
Let Brain Fitness Strategies teach your staff what they can do to maintain a healthy brain, increase the speed of thought coordination, and reduce the risk of getting Alzheimer’s and dementia. Participants will learn the latest scientifically-based information on brain health, plus exercises they can do at home or in the office to boost concentration, coordination, and balance. They will learn:
• what a brain-healthy diet is
• what kind of physical exercise is best for the brain
• what the best kind of brain stimulation is
• tools for stress management.

Improving the brain health of your staff increases productivity, reduces absenteeism, and results in happier employees.
Juggling Workshops
Boost your staff’s brainpower by teaching them to juggle! More and more scientific research proves what we’ve known for twenty-five years: juggling boosts brain elasticity. Researchers have found that learning to juggle causes measurable growth of new gray matter in only seven days. Oxford recently released a study proving juggling causes the growth of white matter—the neural pathways that allow communication between different parts of the brain. After the study was completed, they found the new growth was still there ninety days after the study was completed, proving it is permanent growth. Learning to juggle will improve coordination—not only physical, but thought coordination also. Faster thought coordination means faster, better decisions can be made with less confusion.
